Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order from CITY TECH STORE. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works.

Returning an item (change of mind)
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are:

unused and in the same condition you received them,
in their original packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and free gifts,
accompanied by your order number.

Some items can’t be returned for change of mind for hygiene or safety reasons (for example earphones/headphones once the seal is opened, and any activated software or scratch cards). We’ll always tell you before you buy if an item can’t be returned.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or it’s not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. This is on us — we’ll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and check it, we’ll approve your refund. Refunds are sent back the same way you paid (card, bank transfer, or USSD) through our payment partner Paystack, usually within 3–7 working days. Delivery fees are only refunded when the return is our fault (a faulty, damaged, or wrong item).
